Hunt's Lodge Motorcycle Campground

                                                                  BUILT FOR RIDERS, BY RIDERS

Rates & Policies

At Hunt's Lodge, we offer premium services at economy prices.  We have approximately 45 campsites and 5 sleeping cabins available.

Camping Rates

All campsites have potable water within a reasonable distance.  Reservations are not required for camping, although you can make them if you like.

All rates below also list the taxes, so there are no surprises at check-in:

Camp Site, 1 person - $9.83 + $1.42 tax = $11.25
Camp Site, 1 couple - $14.85 + $2.15 tax = $17.00

Cottage Rates

Again, we've included the taxes:

Sleeping Cottage, 2 people - $39.30 + $5.70 tax = $45.00
Sleeping Cottage, 3 people - $44.32 + $6.43 tax = $50.75

Sleeping cottages will sleep up to 2 people comfortably on one full size bed, or up to 3 adults with one set of bunk beds and one twin bed.

Bed linens and towels are provided, along with heat and air conditioning, private safes, gear closets, and boot and glove dryers for 2 people.  Extra towels can be requested at the office.  Covered parking will be added later.

People who would like to stay in a cottage will need to make reservations in order to guarantee that one is available.   Please specify which sleeping arrangements you would prefer when making your reservation.

We suppport our troops

As a way of showing our appreciation for those who serve in the military, we are pleased to offer discounts to active duty service members on leave.  Please contact us at info@huntslodge.com for more information.

Office Hours

Our current office hours are:
     Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday:  2:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.
     Wednesday - 2:00 P.M - 6:00 P.M, later by appointment
     Friday - Saturday:   10:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.
     Sunday:  1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.,
               then again from 8:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.

You will notice that our hours on Wednesday and Sunday are a little strange.  That is to allow us time to go to church.  We will come back to the campground after the services are over, so if you will be arriving during those times, we'll make arrangements with you ahead of time if possible and catch up with you when we get back in.  Any of our guests who would like to attend services while they are visiting our area should just ask us for information about the local churches.

Guests will be able to check in or out at any time through drop boxes and prior arrangements.  We will be available after hours to check you in or provide Iron Butt witnessing if we know you need us to be there.  These hours are subject to change depending on what we find to be the most convenient for our customers.

Cell Phone Coverage

It should be noted that most cell phone providers cannot be picked up at the Lodge.  Verizon and US Cellular are the only two with any reliability.  If you need to leave an emergency contact number with someone at home, please let us know.  We'll be happy to give you a number that will reach us at all times.  In case somebody calls for you, we will get you the information as soon as possible.

Check In/Out

Check in for camping can be any time.  Check in for cottages begins at 4:00 P.M.  If you think you will arrive earlier than that, please call ahead so that we can try to have your  cottage ready for you.

We ask that cottage guests check out by 12:00 to give us time to prepare the cottage for the next guests.  Camping guests are not required to check out unless they have stayed longer than originally planned.

Reservation deposits & Cancellation policy

Reservations for cottages should be made well in advance whenever possible.  That being said, we realize that is not always the case and will make every effort to accommodate you if we are able.  If we are not able to accomodate  you, we will try to help you find other lodging in the area.

Reservations can be made by telephone at 423.253.2918, or
email and will require a one-night deposit.  We accept credit and debit cards over the phone.

You can also mail a check or money order if you prefer.  Please send them to:
      Hunt's Lodge Motorcycle Campground
      ATTN: Reservations
      9555 Hwy. 68
      Tellico Plains, TN  37385

Reservations will be held without deposit for 10 days.  At that time, if the deposit is not received, the cottage or site may be reserved by another individual who provides the necessary deposit if there are no other cottages or sites available that meet their needs.  In the event that this happens, the first customer will be notified that their reservation has been cancelled.

We understand that plans are not carved in stone and that they change.  If you are not able to keep your reservation, please contact us to let us know.  Anyone needing to change their reservations will be able to either reschedule their visit or request a refund of their deposit at their discretion as long as they make arrangements prior to their arrival date.

People who notify us that they will not be able to make it more than 3 days in advance of their expected arrival date will receive a full refund.  Notification of 3 days or less will receive a 50% refund, and those who do not notify us will forfeit their deposit.
